Mineral-rich modern Mongolia is now focused on using its own rich natural resources to build its future.

Mongolia is currently the world’s most exciting mining environments, with output expected to grow 400% by 2015. Welcoming foreign investment and foreign mining and infrastructure knowledge and technologies to help develop its newest and most promising industry.

The securing of the Australian space at Mining Mongolia 2012 is a major coup, we are located in the central block in between the 2 entry aisles of the hall. Some companies have already reserved spaces. So please let me know immediately your requirements.

FHV made a momentous breakthrough this year as it welcomed a total of 12,075 trade attendees which included visitors, exhibiting staff, competition judges and participants, and members of the media. The number of quality trade visitors reached 9,860 this year – an impressive 26% increase compared to 2009.

 Trade visitors and exhibitors alike were impressed by the show as partnerships and businesses were forged during the three days, with many intending to return to the next edition in 2013.

 “We have sold almost all of the items that we have brought to FHV. There was a good crowd with quality buyers over the three days. We’ve had our regular customers here to support us, and have also met new customers as well. We have already booked our space for 2013!” said Ms Pamela Lin, Marketing Executive of Simplex Pte Ltd.

 “We visited FHV to source for new kitchen equipment and imported beef. We were particularly interested with the USA pavilion! We also came to meet some of our current suppliers, but were also interested in getting new supplier contacts. We will come back for FHV in 2013,” said Mr Song Teng, Executive Chef of Hotel Cambodiana.

 ALMOST 100 GROUP DELEGATIONS ARRIVED FROM ACROSS VIETNAM

SCOOZI COFFEE’S BARISTA MADE TOP ROAST  

 After three days of competition, the top prize went to Nguyen Quoc Viet from Scoozi Coffee from who will represent Vietnam at the Asia Barista Championship 2012 in Singapore. The second and third place went to Do HoangNhat Anh from Dang Le and Nguyen Dinh Hai from Highlands Coffee. Le Duc Huy from Trung Nguyen took away the prize for the Best Signature Drink.

EQUATORIAL HOTEL NABS PRICES AT VIETNAM CULINARY CHALLENGE 2011

The fourth edition of the Vietnam Culinary Challenge came to a close on 30 September 2011. Nguyen Van Truong Giang from Equatorial Hotel emerged as the Grand Champion, and the same hotel also took away the trophy for the Dream Team Challenge and Best Culinary Establishment.
