Their advice right from the start meant that we could plan marketing activities with the knowledge that they would be claimed back through the Export Grant. We are already working on our next application and will be using Export Solutions again.

As an Australian exporter of software and a big world market to cover we try hard to both service our existing overseas customers and to look for new opportunities overseas wherever we can find them.
To then try to put all those expenses in a cohesive form for our EMDG claim is a major task. We rely on Export Solutions to do that for us and to advise us in all aspects that relate to our claim. They provide speedy, reliable and accurate support in all aspects of the EMDG claim and without their assistance on the claim we can’t imagine how we would even get to complete it.

Thank you for this good news. Please give my warmest regards to the inimitable Simon who really worked so hard on this project to get it over the line. We are very grateful to him for persisting with what was in some respects a bit of a dead dog. It would appear that it is a considerably more low risk and predictable application now.
Steve Mackay PhD, Dean of Engineering at IDC Technologies – December 2015
I first met Simon Norris at an Import/Export workshop. Simon was able to quickly explain to me the basics of an Export grant application and answer any questions I had, and I decided to go ahead with Export Solutions in applying for an Export grant. Simon’s communication was fast and clear, and he set out in simple steps the information that I needed to provide to him. He handled all aspects of the application process and was available to talk on the phone if I needed him. We were successful in our application and Simon’s fee was deducted from our grant. With no up-front fee, commission only on successful applications, and all the stress and time handling paperwork removed, using Export Solutions was a no-brainer for me as a busy business owner.

Sam Gregory, Polysoft Pty Ltd – December 2014
We have worked with Export Solutions for 7 years now and have always been very satisfied with our outcomes every year. The advice and help from the staff never fails to be second to none. With the right information we were always able to plan our marketing strategies and we knew that our expenditure on this would be claimed back through the Export Marketing Development Grant (EMDG). It has been a big advantage for us to re-coup some of our marketing costs, which has aided us in promoting our business in the early stages.
Julie O’Leary, Australian Organic Meats
We are a family owned business and have built it from the ground up. With the time and energy we have invested in research and development, not to mention the substantial marketing expenses incurred by taking our luxury beauty products overseas, we do not think we would have continued at the rapid pace as we have without Government assistance.
There was no time to stop operations and focus on submitting an EMDG application on our own so to this note, we engaged the services of Export Solutions in 2005 and we have never looked back. They not only supported and guided us to win 8 successful EMDG applications but also connected us with specialists who assisted with our R & D Tax Concession.
The staff at Export Solutions were approacable, their service was simply excellent and nothing but professional and informative. We would highly recommend them as the ‘go to’ specialists for EMDG, the scheme was of huge benefit to our business as it would be for others.
Sheriar Irani, Managing Director at Subtle Energies Pty Ltd – May 2016
Excellent service, highly recommended.
James Larsen, K-Line Industries – May 2016
Clare has worked with Export Solutions since 2001, including in administration and support, for both trade fairs and export grants.
Josephine has over 20 years experience as a Chartered Accountant working with business clients, including some 12 years with Export Solutions. Her accounting skills and broad business knowledge are invaluable as she works through the preparation of the most challenging grants, seeking out expenses that clients often don’t realise are eligible – resulting in larger grants.
Jo’s experience dealing with the legislation and Guidelines, and her well prepared supporting documents, ensure that issues can be argued confidently at audit.
We realise our last application for the EMDG will be for the 2015/2016 period, and we would like to thank you for your excellent support and services during the past few years.
