Gulfood is the world’s largest annual food, beverage and hospitality exhibition which attracts F&B professionals from all over the world to Dubai – a hub for international trade and commerce.
Since its launch in 1987, the exhibition has grown to promote F&B trade between more than 195 countries annually. UAE imports over 80% of its food product, of which around 50% are re-exported to Gulf Cooperative Council countries, the Indian subcontinent and Eastern Africa. The key to Gulfood is that it attracts buyers not only from the Gulf region but from all over the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA).
In 2026 the show grew 100% in size to operate across two massive venues – Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC). With a huge 280,000 square metres of space sold, 8,500 exhibitors, 268,643 attendees and 1.5M products sourced.
The dual-venue format will continue in 2027, providing more opportunities to access space, engage with buyers and demonstrate your products to the world.
Venue maps are now available showing the locations of sectors across Gulfood 2027. DEC is actively expanding with new halls currently under construction. No temporary structures will be used as the continued expansion and infrastructure development of the DEC will be ongoing during this period. The venue updates have been carefully designed to improve sector clarity, visitor flow, build efficiencies, and overall exhibitor experience.
