HOFEX – one of Asia’s leading food and hospitality tradeshows gathers a vast amount of F&B importers, wholesalers and retailers, as well as high-profile buyers from restaurants, hotels and supermarkets, under one roof to source for their business.
Product categories include packaged and processed foods, dairy, meat, seafood, chilled and frozen products, fresh produce, organic and health foods, snacks, beverages, bakery and confectionery, coffee and tea, beer, ingredients and more.
The 2027 edition will feature competitions and events including the Hong Kong International Beer Awards, Hong Kong International Culinary Classic (HKICC), Coffee competitions and will be held alongside ProWine Hong Kong.
HOFEX attracts an audience not just from across Asia, but reaching into the south Chinese market. A well established trade port, Hong Kong is an English speaking city providing a gateway into trade with China.
